Prom dress 5624 for order 14501

The staff at Promgirl.net I could not praise enough. The staff is amazing and fantastic. The gowns are beautiful and elegant.

We purchased our first dress at promgirl.net approx. 5 weeks before the prom. It needed a few alterations. We took it to the alteration shop 3 weeks before the prom. My daughter went down the week of the prom 3 times to check on it. They replied It is not finished but I am working on it. On Friday the day before the prom around 12:30 pm I get a frantic call at work from my daughter telling me the alteration shop lost the dress. My daughter had an appt and I sent her off to that, I called my oldest daughter to go to the alteration shop to help look for the dress and I was on the internet e-mailing promgirl.net. I received a response with in minutes to call. I called and talked with them regarding the issue and checked to see if the dress was still in stock. It was not. I went home to talk with my daughter and we jumped on the internet and called promgirl.net. We talk to one of the staff and he looked up all the dresses they had remaining in her size and would tell us the dress!
s numbers and we would look at it on the internet. We found a beautiful dress and the staff went back to storage to make sure they had that dress in her size. They over night shipped the dress for am delivery.
9:30 am the UPS driver was putting the dress in my hands and I started crying because I knew it was going to be alright.

She looked fantastic. She was my princess. She was beautiful.

I cant thank you enough. Promgirl.net saved the prom for my daughter. It all worked out for the better. The first dress was beautiful but the second one made your jaw drop. She had a great time at the prom and you help made it all possible . Thank you!

PS They found the dress 3 hours away the day after the prom. They hung it by the tuxes and the tux guy picked it up.
